Goa’s nightlife is set for a change, as the state’s pollution control board has introduced fresh guidelines for clubs and dining spots. Going forward, boisterous music will only be permitted inside venues that are completely soundproof. This action comes after the board found noise monitoring tools inadequate in determining specific sources of loud sounds.
