Munich restaurant software startup allO raises $14 million Series A to expand across Europe and roll out AI-powered digital employees
allO is an AI-native operating system for restaurants. It started as a scan-to-order solution, then rebuilt into a POS and payments platform with scan-to-order built in, later extending across front-of-house and back office. The company is launching AI-powered digital employees including a Reservation and Ordering Agent for restaurants.
