Munich-based allO has closed a €12 million (~$14M) Series A led by Zigg Capital, with participation from LifeX Ventures, Aperture, and Wecken & Cie.
Both 20VC, which led the company’s 2024 seed round, and Keen Venture Partners, which has backed allO since pre-seed, returned for this round.
Founded in 2020 by Cancan Liu, Teodor Rupi, and Benedikt von Lewinski, allO has built an AI-native operating system that consolidates POS, payments, reservations, kiosks, delivery, webshop, and back office into a single platform.
On top of that stack, the company is rolling out AI digital employees, agents that handle operational tasks autonomously, built on the premise that restaurant owners want work done for them, not more software to learn.
The first live agent handles reservations and ordering, answering incoming calls and routing bookings and takeaway orders directly into the system. allO plans to release over ten such agents in the next 12 to 18 months, including an Inventory Agent that autonomously manages supplier orders and tracks consumption.
The company currently serves 1,000+ restaurant locations in Germany and reports 6x location growth and 3.5x revenue growth year-on-year since its seed round. The fresh capital will fund European expansion and accelerate the agent rollout.
