1️⃣ Workday expanded Sana beyond HR into IT service management and travel. 2️⃣ Workday also made its Sana Self-Service Agent available inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, so employees and managers can handle HR and finance tasks without moving back into a traditional HR portal. 3️⃣ Paychex launched WISE as an AI-powered intelligence layer across HCM workflows for SMBs. 4️⃣ Recruiting leaders are also moving from experimentation to operating plans, with 68% of surveyed TA leaders expecting agentic AI to become core to hiring within 12 months.
