“How can we use AI in HR?” The better question is: Where should AI NOT be used?

AI is great at: Screening resumes, running payroll checks, and automating scheduling

But it fails where HR matters most: Performance conversations, employee trust, and the context behind decisions

We’re already seeing companies overcorrect. Automating too much. Removing human judgment. And employees notice.

AI should remove admin work. Not replace human leadership.

The companies getting this right are doing one thing differently: They’re using AI to create more time for people, not less.
