Picking a kosher restaurant should not require a half hour research session.

My husband and I finally had a date night. First one in a while.

I wanted sushi. A nice sit-down place. Local. Nothing complicated.

Not because there were no options. There are plenty of pizza stores in Monsey serving sushi. But we wanted a real sit-down experience.

So the process went something like this:

Think of a restaurant that might have sushi. Look it up. Find the website. Hunt for the menu. Repeat.

Over and over.

We finally landed on The Ridge — only because my husband vaguely remembered having sushi there years ago.

Years ago.

That was our best lead.

We went. They had it. We had a great time.

But I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

This is exactly the problem Orbyt exists to solve.

Not just for brides booking wedding vendors. For anyone trying to find a specific local business on any given Tuesday night.

There should be one place to search by what you need, browse your options, and just go.

Have you ever spent way too long trying to find something that should have taken 30 seconds?
