Mona managed contracts, permits, and hired staff. She also woke up employees at midnight with messages and ordered 120 eggs for a kitchen with no stove. Not exactly ‘intelligent’ behavior, is it? 🤖 but give her a break, it’s only version 1.0.
We’re entering a world where your next manager might be an AI agent… and honestly, it may take action and reply faster than most humans. The real shift (read the “F”… or not) is happening now: companies and SMEs are moving from simply using AI tools to building AI-driven organizations.
Exciting? Yes. A little scary? Also yes.
What surprises me is how fast this stopped sounding like science fiction. I’m sure we’ll be hearing about more AI managers like Mona very soon.
