One thing I’m learning through building Meat Hospitality and filming Discover Meatly is that people don’t just remember restaurants for the food anymore.
They remember how a place made them feel.
The atmosphere. The lighting. The conversations. The energy of the room. The people behind the experience.
Episode 003 of Discover Meatly brought me to Little Maven in NYC, where I had the chance to experience a restaurant that understands this balance incredibly well. From the tuna tartare cannoli to the truffle burger and warm miso chocolate chip cookies with vanilla soft serve, every detail felt intentional.
But what stood out most was the hospitality and ambiance.
I truly believe the future of hospitality belongs to the operators, chefs, and restaurants that focus on emotional connection and storytelling just as much as the menu itself.
That’s the direction I see the industry moving toward — and it’s a big part of what we’re building with Meat Hospitality. 🥂
